Hello! My name is Mr. Miller.

 

I have been teaching music in Frederick County Public schools for five years now. I started out teaching general music at Urbana and Centerville Elementary school and then began teaching instrumental music upon my second year of teaching. This is my second full year of teaching instrumental music for Frederick County. I am assigned to Walkersville, Glade, New Midway and Whittier elementary schools.

 

I earned my BA degree from Eastern Mennonite University in 1982. It was there that I had a concentration in vocal and instrumental music. In 2004, I received an educational certificate from Shepherd University in Music Education. I am also currently working on my Masters Degree from Hood College in Educational Leadership.

 

I’m the proud father of a new born daughter, born on May 17, 2009.
